What kind of drawings work best?

Any drawing works! Simple sketches, detailed illustrations, crayon art — we handle them all. Clear, well-lit photos of the drawing give the best results.

How long does it take to get my figurine?

The 3D preview is ready within minutes. After you approve, a designer refines the model (1-3 days), then printing and shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.

Can I request changes to the 3D preview?

Yes! You get one revision round included. If the preview doesn't look right, you can request changes and we'll regenerate it.

What size is the figurine?

Our standard figurine is approximately 10-15 cm tall, depending on the proportions of the original drawing.

What material is used?

We use high-quality PLA or resin for our 3D prints, depending on the level of detail needed. Both are durable and safe.

Is this safe for children?

Our figurines are designed as display models. While we use safe materials, small parts may not be suitable for very young children. We recommend them for ages 3 and up.

What if I'm not happy with the final product?

We want you to love your figurine. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it. Please see our returns policy for full details.
